Clinical Herbalism

One-on-one consultations to support your health goals using herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications. Whether you're managing something chronic or need support for what's come up acutely, I meet you where you're at. I work from a vitalist lens, matching remedies to your unique constitution rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Available in-office or virtually.

Maya Abdominal Therapy

Hands-on bodywork for the abdomen, low back, and sacrum to support menstrual health, fertility, digestion, the full pregnancy to postpartum journey. I also work with clients navigating prolapse, menopause, and other reproductive changes at any stage of life. This work blends beautifully with my herbalism offering.

Gift Certificates

Give the people in your life the gift of care. Certificates are sized by massage length but can be put toward any service.

Meet Amy Leithliter

me (Amy) standing in front of an herbal apothecary

I'm a licensed massage therapist, clinical herbalist, and Maya Abdominal Therapy practitioner in Boulder, CO. My massage work centers on the childbearing year — prenatal and postpartum care making up the heart of my practice — while my herbal consults and Maya Abdominal Therapy support women's wellness more broadly, at any life stage.

In massage sessions, I prefer slow, detailed work. If a spot needs more time to unwind, we take it — I'd rather work with your breath and let a sensation fully fade than clock-watch through a routine. I love to educate and share resources, too, so don't be surprised if a session comes with a tip or two along the way.

Getting to work with clients during the magical act of creating life never stops feeling like a privilege. I believe a mother who's grounded, nourished, and resourced can change the shape of her whole family, which ripples outward through the community and generations.

My massage roots go back to 2011; throughout this time herbalism and nutrition have been just as much of a passion. After over a decade of self-study, I deepened my education, graduating from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism in 2024 with a secondary certificate in Bach Flower Essences.
